Keeper of Memories

"In a time where tales of a once green earth are forgotten. One man decided to preserve the knowledge of the past. Providing hope of achieving a better future..."

In this simple cozy game players place tiles on a pixel art grid, creating lush landscapes in a dystopian world where almost nobody remebers the past. Players take on the role of the Memory Keeper. A mysterious figure that is rebelling against an oppressive government wanting to silence any mention of the old world. Memory Keepers try to keep the memory of a healthy planet alive by preserving and creating art that can be used to remind people of better times.

As part of this game jam I only managed to create one level. However it could be expanded into multiple levels with different scenarios and memories players could create.

I like the core mechanics and the overall idea, Im just not sure what the objective at the core of the game is supposed to be aside from just placing tiles? It was quite relaxing/cozy however which does seem to fit what your going for
